Experts believe that the following structural layers can be used: surface layer acid-resistant brick, thickness 30-65mm; resin cement joint layer, thickness 4-6mm; 3 glue FRP insulation layer; resin primer material 2; pouring and leveling and finding slope layer C20 fine stone concrete ≥ 40mm; base layer precast reinforced concrete floor or cushion C15 concrete, thickness ≥ 120mm. Resin mortar masonry corrosion-resistant granite floor structure is mainly used for parts with high pressure resistance and impact resistance. The industry recommends grouting with granite resin cement, thickness 50~100mm; resin mortar masonry layer, thickness 5~10mm; 2 cloth 3 glue FRP insulation layer; resin primer material 2; leveling layer is structural layer.
