How to solve the pinholes and holes in FRP products?

Pinholes and holes.
In the manufacture of FRP, it is very common to encounter pinholes / holes in the product once in a while. Pinholes generally appear on the surface of rubber clothing, or between the structural layers of the product, which is a potential hidden danger, which not only affects the appearance of the product, but also has a certain impact on the integrity.

The reason that produces needle eye, glue coat dispersibility and attached surface sex, can cause pinhole, mould glue coat resin quality is good; had better use import, it has extremely excellent applicability to spray technology, dispersibility is good; there will be no pinhole.
The pinholes on the surface of the products may be caused by small bubbles entering the coating layer before the gel, dust on the surface of the mold, or the addition of flame retardant resin, due to high viscosity, the added solvent evaporates, leaving a pinhole.
Causes and defects.
The main results are as follows: (1) when forming FRP products, we should roll with bristles and drive away the bubbles;
(2) appropriate addition of defoamer to the resin, such as silicone oil, etc.
(3) to control the working environment, the humidity should not be too high and the temperature should not be too low;
(4) the amount of catalyst should not be too much to avoid premature gel and produce bubbles;
(5) the reinforced material should not be subjected to moisture, if it is damp, it needs to be dried;
(6) keep the surface of the mold clean.
Solution.
