Step 3: mold manufacturing? Mold manufacturing is the key to FRP molding. Gypsum is often used in FRP sculpture mold manufacturing. There is a better FRP sculpture mold manufacturing method, that is, the use of silicone rubber and FRP data to make the mold. Detailed mold manufacturing method is: the preparation of silicone rubber several times on the original mold, silicone rubber layer should be more than 1mm.

Step 4: molding and manufacturing? The glass fiber reinforced plastic sculpture adopts the hand paste molding method, and the molding line should be designed before manufacture. Start from one end of the sculpture, combine a part of the mold after the paste product. Wait for the previous part of the curing before the combination of molds, continue to paste the product. 
Under the premise of convenient molding operation, as many mold unit blocks as possible at a time. So repeated, and finally set aside a unit block, the unit block pre-formed glue attached to the overall sculpture. The parts of the FRP sculpture similar to the horns, legs and tails of animals that are difficult to be made by the above methods can be made into a general shape with the corresponding metal materials, and then the FRP can be formed on the metal materials and trimmed by the method of grinding. 
An important problem in the molding of FRP sculpture is to strengthen the structure, to strengthen the data, to select the metal profile, and to weld the metal profile into the inner skeleton of the sculpture.
