Environmental pollution brings serious harm to human beings

In terms of environmental governance, the laws and regulations of China's environmental protection industry are gradually regulating, and the legislation on the prevention and control of "air, water and soil" is accelerating.A series of laws and regulations have been introduced in recent years:

-- "ten measures for the prevention and control of air pollution"

- opinions on drawing and strictly observing the red line of ecological protection

-- pollution prevention plan for coastal waters

-- development plan for the 13th five-year plan of national environmental protection standards

-- the 13th five-year plan for technological innovation in the environmental sector

-- pilot work plan for emission permit management in key industries

-- key points of national ecological environment monitoring in 2017

Law of the People's Republic of China on the prevention and control of soil pollution (draft)

-- new version of the law of the People's Republic of China on the prevention and control of water pollution

-- "general rules for green factory evaluation" was officially released, standard no. GB/T 36132-2018

-- opinions on comprehensively strengthening ecological and environmental protection and resolutely fighting pollution prevention and control

Law of the People's Republic of China on the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid waste (draft revision) (draft for comments)

In June 2018, the state council of the CPC central committee pointed out:

We will strengthen comprehensive control of air pollution by industrial enterprises. We will comprehensively clean up the "scattered and polluted" enterprises and clusters, and finish them by the end of 2018 in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region and its surrounding regions, and by the end of 2019 in other key regions. We will firmly close down those enterprises that have land or industrial and commercial procedures that are not complete and have difficulty in meeting the standards through renovation.

Subsequently, the ministry of environmental protection and local governments also carried out a series of regulatory measures:

  • In December 2016, jiangsu provincial committee of the CPC and jiangsu provincial people's government issued the special action plan of "two cuts, six cures and three improvements", which required the establishment of special action leading group, regular supervision and inspection, and continuous progress, so as to achieve accountability and accountability.

  • In August 2018, a total of 17 supervision teams were set up in the second batch of environmental supervision and "looking back" in shandong province, respectively responsible for carrying out inspection and stationed in 17 cities in the province to achieve full coverage of environmental supervision.

  • In June 2018, guangdong province released the guangdong volatile organics (VOCs) remediation and emission reduction work plan (2018-2020), which will strictly control the emission of VOCs pollution and promote the replacement and technological upgrading of low (non-) VOCs content auxiliary materials.

  • In June 2018, the ministry of environmental protection reported the progress of environmental monitoring work, and enterprises without VOCs collection and treatment facilities are likely to be shut down.

  • June 2018 to April 2019, the ministry of environmental protection's second inspection of the strong attack!18000 people!39 the city!Ten months! The environmental storm is getting worse!

At present, China's main emission standards for styrene are:

Styrene, a aromatic hydrocarbon, is listed as a malodorous pollutant in the national standard "discharge standard of odorous pollutants" (GB14554-93), and the standard value of the factory boundary is specified.

Standard value of foul-smelling pollutant factory boundary

According to the "synthetic resin industry pollutant emission standard" GB 31572-2015, from July 1, 2015, new enterprises must implement the prescribed pollution emission limits. The direct emission limit of styrene in water pollution is 0.3mg/L and that of styrene in air pollution is 50mg/m3.

In addition, the national occupational health standard of the People's Republic of China, occupational exposure limit of harmful factors in the workplace, chemical hazardous factors, GBZ2.1-2007, the average allowable concentration of styrene, PC-TWA, 50mg/m cubed, and short time exposure, PC-SETL, 100mg/m cubed, etc.

The allowable concentration of styrene steam in production sites in major industrial countries in Europe and America:

CountryAverage of 8h gravimetric analysis(ppm)Allowable concentrations in a short time(ppm)CountryAverage of 8h gravimetric analysis(ppm)Allowable concentrations in a shorttime(ppm)

China's current emission standard for styrene (the average maximum concentration within 8h in the workplace) is no more than 100mg/m cubed.

Given the importance China attaches to environmental protection and the intensity of supervision, it won't take long for the United States and Europe to follow the same path and enforce it.

As an active monomer, styrene ACTS as crosslinking agent and diluent. In the process of resin molding, especially open mold molding, styrene volatilizes, which has a certain impact on the production environment and occupational health.

To meet the needs of environmental protection and health, NEWECO technology has developed a series of low styrene volatilization (LSE) resin, which is applicable to the molding process of hand paste, spraying, winding and casting, and widely used in the industry of common FRP, pipe and tank, ship and artificial stone.

Low styrene volatile resins not only have good performance and value for the environment and human health, but also can reduce the dosage of resins to achieve environmental friendliness, more blue sky, more green water, more beautiful people!

The Volatility Of Styrene In the process of Resin Curing

Compared with common resin, the volatility of low styrene volatile (LSE) resin can be reduced by 50-90% in the process of curing. And can save resin dosage.

1. Waste gas treatment

Regenerative thermal oxidation furnace (RTO) incineration

-- treatment process: the waste gas is collected effectively and connected to the company's exhaust pipe network.

The high concentration waste gas is sent to the regenerative thermal oxidation furnace (RTO) for incineration, and is discharged up to standard.

-- input facilities: one set of exhaust gas collection system, about 500,000 yuan.RTO set, about 2.5 million yuan.

-- operating costs: about 60 yuan per hour on average.

(2) the UV photolysis

-- treatment process: low concentration of waste gas is sent to UV photoelectrolysis tower, which is treated with UV photocatalytic oxidation technology and discharged to standard.

-- input facilities: one set of UV photoelectrolysis tower, about 1.6 million yuan.

-- operating costs: about 500 yuan per day on average.

2. Waste water treatment

-- treatment process: the effective components are recovered through the pretreatment of workshop wastewater distillation column, and the COD is reduced from 30W to about 1W.Then, the water will be sent to the self-built sewage treatment station for biodegradation treatment. After the COD is finally lowered below 500mg/L, it will be sent to the sewage treatment plant in the park.

-- input: one set of wastewater rectification treatment plant (with a treatment capacity of 3 tons/hour) with an investment of 1.5 million yuan.A sewage treatment station with a capacity of 2000 tons/day and an investment of 30 million yuan.

-- operating costs: 16 yuan/ton of waste water.

3. Solid waste treatment

-- the whole company classifies and collects household waste, industrial waste and hazardous waste, and has a special garbage house for collection.

- built hazardous waste incinerators.
