Epoxy resin has strong cohesion and compact molecular structure, so its mechanical properties are higher than those of general thermosetting resins such as phenolic resin and unsaturated polyester.
4. Strong adhesion:
Epoxy resin curing system contains highly active epoxy groups, hydroxyl groups and polar groups such as ether bond, amine bond and ester bond, which endow epoxy curing products with excellent adhesion to polar substrates such as metal, ceramic, glass, concrete, wood and so on.
5. The curing shrinkage is small:

7. The heat resistance of epoxy cured resin is 80 ℃ and 100 ℃, and the heat resistance of epoxy resin is 200 ℃ or higher.
