The average fiber diameter is 2 microns, the total adsorption area is small, and the filtering effect is not good


The PTFE membrane is naturally hydrophobic, and the filtration mechanism is pore size interception, which will not attenuate the filtration effect due to breathing and moisture. Compared with ordinary melt-blown cloth masks, its electrostatic adsorption protection effect is more durable.

Mainly rely on static electricity to adsorb particles, breathing easily makes the mask wet, the static electricity will continue to weaken, and the protection efficiency is reduced, so experts recommend replacing the mask every 4 hours


The PTFE membrane will not lose fibers through the overall stretching process, and has an ultra-thin thickness of less than 5 microns. After composite non-woven fabric, the total thickness does not exceed 100 microns, which is more suitable for wearing

The thickness of the melt-blown non-woven fabric is about 150 microns, which is relatively thick. The melt-blown film is brittle and the fibers are easy to fall
