In the cold winter, the resin gel is slow, which can increase the ambient temperature or make the curing area, or the slurry water bath can be heated.
2. Standardize the concentration of lye and the time of caustic soda. Good products can also be immersed for a long time in high-concentration alkaline solution. The pH value of common alkaline solution should be controlled between 11-12, and the time of caustic soda should be strictly controlled as required.
3. Do not use low-concentration resin as much as possible, because the thinner resin has lower solid content, and the acid and alkali resistance after curing is poor. When soaked in alkali, it is easy to corrode the resin on the surface of the product.
4. If the foam is not completely soaked, don't soak it again. You can also use a cloth dipped in acetone to clean the area where it is not soaked.
